Randy and his team have been awesome to work with. We've gone from barely showing up in local searches to consistently landing on the first page for our main keywords. Had a customer just last week say they found us through an AI search, which still blows my mind a little. These guys are ahead of the curve with SEO and AI SEO.

Im am relieved I parted ways with this Marketing company. Nothing but a Headache. Wouldn't return most my emails, and most calls was like pulling teeth just to get a call back. I was hoping the other bad reviews were frauds so I gave them a chance when i was shopping for a Marketing company, but now I regret that decision. The bad reviews they now make sense to me. If I was making any return on this Marketing I would have had a lasting relationship but there were no leads and was depleting my marketing budget. I hired Soderman Marketing to do SEO for my small service business. It took a couple of years to really dial it all in, but year 2 my call volume had improved and has been steady. It’s stayed steady now into year 3. I’m getting the majority of my business in the areas I chose. This has been a better ROI than other methods of advertising or networking I’ve used in the past. Best decision I’ve made.

This company has not only taken our URL but is falsely impersonating us by having their site linked to our social media pages. They have the audacity to credit their company and partner is crime Elite Web Design on the homepage as if coming from our organization for their "great work and assistance." Disgraceful.

UPDATE: I have copies of the emails received and sent to your company, and the calls that you are making to me are post review, so of course I won't answer your calls at this point. I have already hired another company that responded to my request immediately. You shouldn't place blame on others, especially potential clients, for lapses in communication. Original: This seemed to be a solid company but when I tried to contact them to see if they were a good fit, I was unable to talk to anyone after multiple attempts. I first filled out a contact form from their website and received automated responses. In the response was a link to the owner's calendar to schedule a call. I scheduled a call and never received the call. Then one of their employees left a message with my office and when I called back and left a message for that individual, I received no call back. Finally I sent another email, on a Friday, to the owner expressing these issues and that I would like a call on Monday if he wants my business. Apparently they have too much business since I never heard from him yet again. Skip these guys if you want good communication.

We are about to start our third project with Soderman and coudn't be more pleased and satisfied with their services over the last couple years. Two of our main business (Luxury Homes and HVAC Repair and Installation) have both reached the top 3 for the majority of their search terms so it's time to ramp up my third project. They came highly recommended from a few friends in my networking group and I thank them at each meeting. They said the SEO would be addictive, and it is!

I’m not one to easily take time out of my busy day to write a review. But I must tell anyone thinking of doing business with this company to beware. Heres what I was told listen to see if any of this sounds familiar to what they told you. I was told I would get a weekly update by phone every Friday . I was told my website would be live in three weeks after Onboarding t I was told they would post content for me on my social media accounts I was told I would be billed month to month any of this ring a bell. Well none of the above ever happened . Now I will tell you what did happen when they began to optimize my website I immediately dropped of of google I could not even find my company they said it was due to all the back links and rich content they were adding to my online presence.Well After reaching out to them multiple times and telling them I could no longer even find my business on google I was told that they were able to find me and that I was ranking well above were I was before. ONBOARDING. Well I finally did find my business on google and I was ranking way lower than I was b4 Onboarding with this company and to this date my ranking on google has been ruined and has not gotten near were I was before using them...Well as you can imagine I cancelled my service and after cancelling they still charged my credit card . I was told I would be receiving a refund but they lied about that to I have not received my refund. If anyone thinks I’m exxagerating the truth I have multiple recorded voice messages and text messages to and from them that prove all I have written in this review.

If any business didn’t get the SEO results they expected with Soderman Marketing, then they left too early or expected overnight results. We are on our 3rd location with Soderman Marketing and even though the second site too a bit longer to see the SEO results, both are now in the top 3 for the keywords we wanted. With Soderman Marketing’s SEO, it really is just a matter of time before you are the top local business for your service in your area. They only do quality “white hat” work that produces lasting SEO results.

UPDATE: 10/28/16 ...totally ethical firm. After posting this review they quickly got in touch with me and made me aware they had thought a refund had been issued. I let them know it had not and they were very prompt with the refund of the initial web build fee. Solid business practices. We did not have a good experience with this firm. They created a site for us (which we paid for) which was quickly flagged as duplicate content by google. That page was than to be recreated to correct the problem and we waited weeks for its recreation. We checked in several times and finally gave up as it was obvious the company was no longer interested in our business. Absolute waste of upfront money to design a generic website which looked nice, however did nothing.

I have to leave Soderman Marketing a review as I'm really exited in regards to how successful their service has been for my company. The process started a few months back in May and as of now, my carpet cleaning site is bringing in enough business that I need to start looking for help. This is a great situation to be in and I can't say enough about this company. By the way, now worried about competition as they only work with one industry per location! They are already started working on the second location and I'll stop back in to give an update on that progress.

With today’s technology it is quite possible to run your entire business online. In my 3 years of business doing Yelp and ads on craigslist, I never seen my weekends become booked as fast as they are now.
